Summary: Lovely property with great outside space and large pool. All you need for a great home from home. Transfers arranged for us. Man next door gave us bottles of pomegranate juice to say hello. Easy walk into town, about 10 minutes each way.

Summary: The property was lovely as always however we had no Internet for the duration of our stay though the owner did pay my partner's roaming charges. Our contact in Turkey was very unhelpful and didn't solve our problem leaving me no choice but to contact the owner. The only thing she wanted to do was collect the money for the transfer then was out of contact.

Summary: We enjoyed different family villas in dalyan during the last 20 years, but Villa Eden was absolutely best. The location is absolutely great, peaceful with stunning views from the balcony, wonderful big-sized private pool, well maintained gardens and a huge area for dining on the shady terrace. We used the outside BBQ very often as well as the shower after refreshing in the pool- Within the house there was a washing machine, which was a big help, the great fridge we loved and used the little one for cola and soda drinks. All sleeping rooms had well working a/c and the beds were very comfortable.We loved sitting in the morning with a cup of coffee on the balcony with uninterrupted views to every side...so quit...never experienced before. There was a little issue with the internet, it was gone for more than 48 hours, it was solved finally and promised to get a new provider. Inside the kitchen there is no coffee making equipment which was no problem for us, because we had our travel press down Bodum and fresh coffee with us, just a hint for those who relay on a coffee or pad machine in the house, there is none ! Missing in this real traditional turkish house was a traditional turkish tea pot, there was no opportunioty to brew fresh cay...we bought one in town and took him back home with us for our son, perhaps one cheap for a few Lira could be arranged as general item within the villa ? The outside kosh could be electricified, to play cards in the evening? Best greetings from Tom

Summary: Just returned from a 10 day stay in the beautiful Dalyan. Excellent communication from hosts, a few small issues that were rectified quickly. Lovely villa in a lovely location, 10-15min walk into Dalyan centre. Good sized pool, gardeners and pool man came regularly. We would use Villa Eden again.

Summary: Just got back from another lovely stay at beautiful Villa Eden. Once again we visited with daughter, son in law and their two young children aged 4 and 20 months. We all fell in love with Villa Eden last year and couldn’t wait to return. Owners very communicative, friendly and helpful throughout the booking process and run up to our holiday. Fantastic, large villa with everything needed for a family stay. Very clean and well equipped. We love the location slightly out of town in a semi rural, quiet, mainly Turkish neighbourhood. Turkish neighbours lovely and friendly. Pleasant, flat walk into town, virtually traffic free, takes us around 20 mins with little children. Two small shops fairly close by. Dolmus from beach will drop you at the end of the road if you ask the driver. Taxis cheap if needed, mobility scooters and bicycles available to rent in town if required. We arrived late and the welcome pack of bread, juice and eggs was appreciated. Transfers arranged by owner were prompt and friendly. New maintenance team very good and contactable during stay via WhatsApp. The water dispenser in living area is a great feature and saves carrying heavy bottles of water from supermarket every day. We really love the location and would encourage anyone to stay slightly out of town. It’s lovely to see the local people going about their everyday lives, we even witnessed a Turkish wedding party in the next street. We all hope to return again next year!

Summary: Before we even got to the villa Arooj the host was so incredibly helpful with our questions and she endeavoured to solve them. She also sorted our transfer with an amazing driver that also provided a car seat for my 2 year old niece. The villa was beautiful and clean in a quiet location, the neighbour was so friendly and gave us his homegrown pomegranate juice and Mulberries. We even had a doggy visitor that would check we got home safely for a couple of nights! The Wi-Fi went down one day and once we had messaged the host it was immediately sorted that day. Unfortunately or fortunately, depending on your outlook, the weather was rainy on and off with bursts of sun, I think it was quite good with a littleun as it wasn’t too hot. But sadly we didn’t get much use of the pool but a pool person came to regularly clean the pool. We love Dalyan and have visited many times but it was the first time for my sister, brother in law and niece. Everyone was so accommodating towards my niece and really made a fuss of her, as this was her first holiday abroad, it really soothed my sister’s and her husbands worries when taking a tiny abroad! Thank you for such a lovely and stress free experience!

Summary: We have just returned from our second stay at this property it was a lovely relaxing holiday in a beautiful home.The swimming pool is very large and idea for a swim in the hot afternoons.We had a small problem with the lights and the owner arranged an electrician to arrive the next morning.Would highly recommend.

Summary: We had an excellent time at the villa, everything that we needed was there. The pool was a great size, lovely well maintained garden and clean villa with friendly neighbour's. 10 -15 mins walk to town with plenty of restaurants and amenities.

Summary: Have just returned from a fantastic stay at Villa Eden. We stayed for a week with our daughter, son in law and 2 children aged 3 and 7 months. We’ve had great communication from the host last year when our flights were cancelled due to covid restrictions and also this year in the run up to our holiday. We found the villa spotlessly clean and extremely well equipped. The children loved the cosy Turkish corner in the living room. It was the perfect place to keep their toys, have a daytime nap and ideal for the baby to play safely whilst we were cooking in the kitchen area. There was a really good welcome pack along with other bits I thought I’d have to go out to buy like washing up liquid, hand soap, washing powder, even cooking oil. There were ample lovely soft towels in the bathrooms and more in the wardrobes along with a few pool towels. There were also extra pillows and blankets if required. Hair dryer in the dressing table drawer in the double bedroom. We loved the location. Around 15 mins walk to town, probably less without children. Handy small supermarket on the way, near to the Binlik Hotel. It’s also worth noting that the beach road is very close to the villa, if you press the bell on the Dolmus the driver will stop at the end of the road. Very handy with tired children after a day at the beach! The location of Villa Eden was very quiet with lovely Turkish neighbours on one side and an empty plot of land on the other. We had a lovely walk into the countryside just a few minutes along the road. There is also a local mosque a few streets away. It was really nice to be staying in what is predominantly a residential area. The local people are so friendly, the man living in the house behind handed my son in law fresh oranges from his tree. The pool and garden area are lovely, there’s even a little vegetable patch behind the kitchen. The big, comfy Kosk was idea for the little ones to cool off in the shade and the small children’s pool was the 3 yr old’s favourite place to be. We would highly recommend Villa Eden for a relaxing and peaceful stay. It really does have a lovely family feel to it, really homely. We’ve only been home a couple of days and our 3 year old grandson is asking when we can go back to ‘the Turkey house’. If we return to Dalyan we will definitely not need to look for anywhere else, Villa Eden is perfect for our family. Thanks again for a wonderful holiday!

Summary: We absolutely loved our stay in this villa we have been to Dalyan for quite a few years now and found this villa to be in a good location. The walk to town was approximately 15 minutes but the taxis are so cheap that if you don’t fancy a walk you can just grab a taxi. The pool was fantastic with the bonus of the small children’s pool on the side would definitely love to come again. Shabbir the owner was always there to answer any questions that we had and any little problems he rectified immediately via the manager
