Summary: As you drive through the gate you will be amazed by the beauty of this property. The owners have attended to every detail. The gardens are beautiful, the outdoor space is fabulous and the pool is inviting. The only concern was that the fourth bedroom was up a windy, steep staircase. Not ideal for couples in their 70’s. There are three bedrooms on the main floor but one is much smaller than the other two. The indoor space is lovely and bright with great air conditioning. The kitchen is small but works well for preparing meals when staying home in the evening. Great location for visiting tourist attractions in the surrounding area if you are happy with driving. We even drove to Palermo easily for a day. Thanks for a great stay.

Summary: A spacious, comfortable villa with everything you might need for your stay. We spent many happy hours in the pool, relaxing in the beautiful surroundings and playing table tennis. The BBQ is great and was well used. A truly wonderful week away!

Summary: The villa is even better than the pictures,very decent bedrooms, all ensuite, nicely decorated living area, the outside area and the swimming pool are absolute winners, and our favourite- table tennis! Just perfect setting for family holidays The place is quiet but not isolated there are 3 restaurants within 1 km and beautiful beaches within 10 min drive The owner was extremely helpful and easy to contact, all the advices were sound We loved the place and the atmosphere

Summary: We had a fantastic week in this beautiful house. Gaspare was an outstanding host. We felt most welcome from the beginning. Gaspare made us feel home even before we arrived with his messages, with his choice of some food and drinks and with all his tips and helpful advice. We ended up at " coltello and forchetta" every other night and it became very special to us. It was our 5th time on Sicily and Dimora a Turri will keep a special place in our hearts because it was our home away from home- so well equipped and lovingly furnished- though we spent most of the time outside by the pool. Mille grazie !!!

Summary: The house is lovely - beautiful garden and pool, well equipped and very comfortable. The house is not in Ribera - it is near to Seccagrande which is a rather rundown holiday resort but very Italian and friendly. We were there mid September so end of season and may be more charming in season. However the sea is gorgeous and we walked down from villa to swim every morning. For a relaxing holiday I would recommend this villa highly.

Summary: This superb house has been absolutely ideal for our 2 week summer holiday. We were a mix of 2 families - incorporating 2 couples, 2 teenagers and 2 younger children (age 8). Everything was ideal - the correspondence during and leading up to our holiday was great - we had quite a lot of questions and got quick answers back. The directions provided to the house were clear, and communication on our way to the house was fantastic. On arrival, we could immediately see that the villa was better than expected. The setting outside was great - the pool, patio and seating areas were fabulous. The first thing we noticed in the house was how clean it was, and that the sizes were better than the pictures showed. The configuration worked really well - three very generous double bedrooms on the first floor, and a very large double bedroom upstairs which was in the eaves room. Each bed was also on the large side, and all were very comfortable. In addition, 4 shower rooms was perfect with plenty of hot water. The kitchen facilities were excellent, and we made good use of the barbecue. There was a dining area and sitting area, however we were outside all day and all evening enjoying the terrace. We had a couple of questions during our stay and the owner, Gaspare, was very quick to reply and help. He called in to check the pool at the end of the first week and his team changed the bed linen and towels over. The air conditioning was also very effective , and certainly helped with the comfort in the evenings. The pool area was great - plenty of sun beds, tables and chairs for us all to laze around. There is good screening around the property and very quiet. You can see on the map that the villa is close to a main road and other reviews advised that this wasn't a problem - we would all agree with this. Occasionally we could hear traffic, but really was still such a quiet location with the advantage of having a good road network close by. There were plenty of beaches nearby - we didn't walk to our local one due to the house being up the hill and too hot for the children ! However, lovely beaches within a very short drive. Beautiful seas and sand. Plenty of amenities nearby - supermarkets and so on in easy reach. All in all, a great holiday location and would certainly recommend this lovely villa.

Summary: The house and grounds are very good. Mosquito screens need repairs and main door to kitchen is very sticky. Location is just off highway, but noise is minimal. The owners could do well by having an English manual that explains the washing machine, dishwasher and so on. Overall, excellent.
