Positive: The property itself is quite spacious, and the renovated apartments are nicely furnished. There's a wide array of activities available, and the new sauna proved to be quite useful during the cold days. Communication through Booking was effective, with our questions being answered within half an hour. When we reported that the pool wasn't clean upon our arrival, the issue was promptly resolved by a responsive staff member.

Negative: There were a few aspects that left us disappointed. The villa is divided into two separate units: one with a three-bedroom family flat (kind of house within the vila) and the other housing four tourist apartments. We booked the whole villa. While this division allows for privacy, the separate entrances were inconvenient, particularly when it was raining and at night time. There were broken children's chairs, adult chairs, and loungers. The water temperature was lukewarm at best and not adequately warm for a comfortable showering experience. Despite being advertised, there was no Netflix available. One of the rooms overlooked a backyard area filled with decaying wood and an old broken refrigerator, emitting an unpleasant odor into the room. The bathroom doors didn't close properly, and there was no lock on them. The outdoor grill was covered in grease and dirt, rendering it unusable. The terrace was covered in spider webs and dust, with broken tiles along the edges and malfunctioning lights. The outdoor children's playground had old sand and shaky equipment. The windows were dirty, and upon opening them, we found accumulated dirt falling onto the floor. Dust was noticeable on the radio, shelves, floor, etc. The coffee machine in the kitchen had not been cleaned after the last use, it was full of used coffee. The pool's location was very unfortunate, it was in a place with limited sunlight exposure, only from 11 AM to 4 PM, which resulted in very cold water in the pool. Despite renting the entire property, the lady who handed us the keys wandered around, even entering the basement areas several times. Her limited English proficiency possibly contributed to the hurried encounter during check-in. In conclusion, while the property has potential, its lack of maintenance and various issues detracted from the overall experience.

Positive: The Outdoor area with canopy is great for BBQs in any weather. The pool is a nice addition if you go in summer. Plus, they have a fire pit with a big pot on which we enjoyed cooking Goulash. Also the fact that the Kitchen is adjacent to the outdoor area makes it great for preparing food and enjoying in good company. Location is also close to the Thermal baths. The hosts are very nice and accomodating people.

Negative: Although spacious and fully functional, the rooms in general would benefit from some refurbishing.
