Positive: As other reviewers said, pictures DO NOT do this place justice... as amazing as the view seems, it will take your breath away when you step on the property...having the whole space for ourselves, the pool, proximity to Anse Lazio beach and Cote d'or beach makes it just the perfect place on Praslin... the host Beverly is very welcoming and provided a nice welcome wine and fruits..I can ot wait to visit again and stay longer

Negative: Nothing I did not like...but you definitely need to rent a car (I believe its mentioned in the description). Also may be worth to tell host if you need total privacy or ok with the gardener to show up in the morning to clean yard and water plant. We didnt mind.

Positive: The view from the terrace was absolutely breathtaking—truly a highlight of our stay. The owner pays incredible attention to detail in the interior design, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The house was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need, leaving nothing to be desired. Without a doubt, this is one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed in. Highly recommended!

Negative: The only drawback of this property is the steep driveway and the necessity to rent a car.

Positive: Amazing house and host! The pictures online do not capture the beauty of the place! The property was spotless, with an incredible infinity pool overlooking the Indian Ocean with breath-taking views. The host was outstanding—super communicative and helpful throughout the stay. There were plenty of activities nearby, and the beaches on Praslin Island were absolutely stunning. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing holiday!

Positive: Me and my family stayed in the villa for 11 days. I think it was one or the best accommodations we ever had. Didn’t want to leave at all Strong point: Beautiful view!!! The most beautiful view to the sea I have ever seen. As villa is on top of the hill you can see the ocean from two sides on the sunrise and sunset. Very comfortable everywhere on the villa. Two good toilets with showers, and one additional on outside, kitchen area, tv area, pool and barbecue areas. Everything is done wisely. So much care Beverly, owner of the property, gave to us. Welcome food and vine, everyday help with beaches, restaurants, excursions. Absolutely quietly at nights. We woke up well rested. Almost no people and other houses around. As it on top the hill, not a lot of people passes near by. Kitchen. It is equipped with everything for cooking. Two types of coffee machines, oven, even rice cooker. As the food is very expensive on the island, we were buying fresh fish, octopus and cooking it. Sometimes burgers and steaks on the barbecue. Pool! Pool is big and clean. You can enjoy ocean view from it. As it big enough, water do not become hot even on the hottest days. It gives refreshment during the day, and warm at the evening. Water is clean, pool and area outside the villa cleaned every day.

Negative: There are so many good things, I could not mention all of them. I think I can remember only one thing to improve, it is mattresses. But maybe it is only our feature. And one more important thing. As the villa is on the top of the hill road by feet is tough. You’d better rent a car.
