Positive: The location was 20/10!! Within 100m to two of the biggest lifts and multiple ski runs
Negative: When we arrived the apartment was dirty - seemed like someone had made a fast exit - food debris on the floor duvet cover was dirty , odd bits of bedding screwed up and stuffed in random drawers and cupboards. Also there was a lot of clutter - no obvious section for owners things and usable things for guests. There was also obviously missing kitchenware. There was no visitor guide to for the apartment or for the area. There was no obvious means of turning off the heating and there was a lot of building noise - day and night - not sure what this was from . Once we had reported the missing kitchenware, it had mysteriously reappeared when we went back to the apartment - the latch on the door had been interfered with and was broken although it still worked - this was all reported . The biggest disappointment was he service from VACASA , the company managing the apartment on behalf of the owner. We could contact them by email - and all the right noises were made but ZERO action from the people on the ground - the only contact was me phoning one of them - extremely arrogant, unapologetic and rude - he told me I had a bad attitude!! I hope the owner reads this because it’s a great little apartment but really let down by the management company. I also hope VACASA has organised to have the door latch repaired.
