Summary: on second floor you get at 6-7 in the morning the gym sounds and music late.

Summary: A clean well equipped hotel with super helpful staff. We were travelling from Devon to see a show in London so getting back home on same night not possible. This was a third of the cost of london equivalent hotels but far better than most. Plenty of late trains to Basingstoke leaving us closer to home after a sleep in a very comfy bed.

Summary: Gym music until 11pm and from 7am on a Sunday and so loud sleep is impossible. I could even hear it through headphones. Staff were aware of this being an issue but no attempt to turn the music down and I wasn't allowed to move rooms so I left early. Really disappointing - what's the point of a hotel stay if you can't sleep? Lumpy pillows so better to bring your own and my shower wasn't working very well. I've stayed here for 2 years but this will certainly be the last time.

Summary: Room smelt of cigarette smoke & was in need of a good refresh. Bar staff seemed overwhelmed & not very helpful.

Summary: Double room, third floor, towards road, king bed. Different room layout w bathroom at window front. Good shower. Blackout blinds. Restaurant and Starbucks on site. Chargeable gym and pool. Easy self-check-in-point. Good wifi. Would stay again. Thank you
