Summary: The stay in the hotel was decent, but I would say the staff were not particularly helpful. I asked numerous times about the parking situation at the hotel to be met with disinterest.

Summary: Room wasn’t cleaned despite putting the sign onto the door the evening before. When going to reception the first morning, the lady on reception was rude and abrupt, with others standing nearby.

Summary: Excellent from start to finish. From Zara's warm and friendly welcome to the peaceful environment, I enjoyed the positive vibe, peaceful sleep and great facilities. Would highly recommend and will be back in future

Summary: I really liked my room: clean, modern and functional. The QRCode based room service was a big 1/5 stars for me. Menu item availability wasnt current and it took 40 minutes to sort this out with a chat bot firstly, no promised human (waited 20 minutes) a guy on the phone who wasn’t on the site and who suggested I go downstairs with my query (! Room service man!) a chat with reception, another chat with reception…..I did eventually get my dinner delivered to my room. It was nice.
