Positive: The location was perfect. It was spacious. The bed was clean.
Negative: Floor needed cleaning it was sandy and dusty. Carpet needed cleaning. Sofa covers were stained and needed changing. There was no stove. Entry code had me locked out once. Had to call and get a new one.
Summary: Great location, but it wasn't clean enough.

Positive: Everything was perfect! The unit was easy to get to, in a perfect area, exactly as described, decorated very beach chic, very clean, plenty of towels/toiletries. A/C was perfect for us. Beach access & pool access is great!

Positive: I liked that the location was between Rosemary and on edge toward Alys beach. Beautiful room, comfortable bed and couch!! Perfect for our bachelorette trip for 2. Felt very comfortable here.
Negative: Water heater didn’t seem to get hot or stay warm for long. Flushing the toilet helped it warm up. We were on the 2nd floor, 1st floor is stores or venues it seemed. The neighbors above us were so loud. We could hear every time they moved around and not sure if it was because they were heavy footed or the floors between were thin.
Summary: Loved our stay, overall very comfortable and clean with great location.

Positive: It was clean, in a good location and had free parking if it wasn’t too busy.
Negative: The aircon in the room didn’t work and the water heater (located in the bedroom cupboard) made the room extremely hot. We spent all day trying to get someone to come in and fix the aircon because it was impossible to sleep the night before. When they finally came they replaced the filter and said someone will replace the unit after we check out. As this didn’t fix our issue, we asked for them to provide a pedestal fan to get us through the night. We asked multiple times throughout the day and never received the fan. We just kept being told they were working on it. We had to force the windows open and due to the location, it was very noisy to sleep. Once the windows were open, there was no way to close them.
