Positive: We picked this property for a 2 night stay to attend concerts at the Bank of NH Pavillion. Easy to find, easy to travel to the venue. We appreciated the space in the unit, the well stocked kitchen for utensils and equipment. Having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for 2 travelers was great. We made use of the pool (but no other facilities) and enjoyed that.
Negative: Property and unit was very clean - but it is dated. No mid stay cleaning or restock of coffee supplies - so bring/buy coffee if you need it in your early mornings!

Positive: Cute, quiet area. Close to Lake.
Negative: The place was dirty. We had to clean it our selves. They state no dogs, but there was dog hair everywhere. The pull out bed had dirty sheets with trash under it. The bathrooms had hair in the bathtubs. The twin beds had hair on the sheets. We had to vacuum and clean the floors.
Summary: Nice area. Cute unit, but very dirty.
