Positive: The staff were all very nice. The place was quiet and not overcrowded. The swimming pools are great. There are also activities organised both for adults and children.
Negative: There is a fee for the beach(to rent a parasol and beach chair) which is pretty high for a family, even if it's supposed to be the village private beach. Another thing is that the accommodations are way too close to each other and you can hear all your neighbours' noises.

Positive: The location was perfect, close by to the beach. The idea of having your own little house is also a nice touch with a lot of facilities around the property
Negative: The walls are paper thin, it is impossible to sleep in the house. Also the pillows are not too comfortable.

Positive: Nice pools. There are good facilities eg tennis courts etc. Big comfy bed, amazing shower. Nice sized apartment.
Negative: This campsite seemed to cater for more Italian tourists rather than international ones as there are lot of residents living there. We were the only English/French speaking tourists in the complex. Staff had very little English. You need to drive to go to any town. Apart from the short walk to the beach down a straight road, it is not possible to walk anywhere without taking the car. Our fault for not properly researching it. I would go to Follonica or Piombino. The beds on the Orrizonte beach were 25 euro for 2 beds and a parasol, very expensive for a beach that belongs to the hotel. The locked connecting doors between accommodation means you can hear everything in your neighbours apartment. The terraces between the apartments are very close ( 1 metre apart separated by hedging ). The charm bungalos look better and more spacious.
