Summary: Last summer we can enjoy fantastic days in Umbria with the family (we were 5 people with 2 children). The house was provided with all we need to stay comfortable and cooking. The swimming pool was long enough to swim, surrounded by nice landscape. It's a perfect place to visit the amazing towns of the area, especially recommendable Spoleto! Summary: For the second time we stayed in Villa Mari, in Pozzo (Umbria). The area is beautiful - far from the crowds, but not too far - you can easily reach a good restaurant for dinner, or visit towns like Spoleto, Assissi, Perugia, Spello,.... But once you sit on the terrace of the apartment No.8 you don't want to leave. There is lots of space to sit; it is only a few steps to the pool. The interior of the flat is very tasteful, and big enough for two. Big French windows open up from the bedroom to the garden. (The windows are provided with mosquito nets). Mario, the owner, can be asked for everything and does his best to keep his guests happy. Everything is just right, and we hope it stays a secret !

Summary: This location is simply amazing. What you see on this site is what you get. The views are wonderful. After a few days in Rome this was such an amazing place to relax and really take in the beautiful Umbrian countryside. Mario was a wonderful host, very accommodating and made our stay extra special. We will be back there in a heartbeat. Great location to unwind after a day of touring the various historical sites or after visiting a few vineyards.

Summary: The location is fantastic. The view is nice and rural. Lots of olive trees. The houses are small, but comfortable and with airco. The owner (Mario) is a very nice and friendly man who is also helpfull. The pool is perfect! Either the pool and the whole terrain are daily maintained. There is a good chance that we will come back once!

Summary: We had the pleasure to spend 4 days in May in this lovely place, the surroundings are very nice, situated on a hill with a 360 degrees view, fantastic ! Very secluded place but close to a lot of nice places in Umbria Mario and his daughter have made all efforts to make our stay as good as possible and dealt with a small problem we encountered immediately As we were in pre-season unfortunately the swimming pool was not yet open but we've enjoyed every minute of our stay definetely recommended ! Summary: Our stay at Villamari was wonderful. We had everything we needed, and if something was missing, Mario gave it to us immediately! The house, garden and pool are very nice and quiet, and also extremely clean and tidy. The area is quiet, so we were able to relax completely. All in all: a wonderful holiday in a perfect place. Thank you very much for making us feel at home, Mario, we will definitely come back!

Summary: Very nice property with stunning views. The apartment was fine with several possibilities to sit/eat outside, also when the weather was not that good, at least not what we may expect in July. We experienced the service as very good, also the quick (re)actions when we forgot our key in the apartment and when the gate was not working. The swimming pool was also nice, but could have a better system to make sure there are not too many insects in the water. The contacts with Mario and Francesca were very friendly and we also appreciated the quick and clear communication via mobile phone and sms. Both speak good English, which makes it easy to communicate. All together we enjoyed our stay very much and hope to come back some time soon!

Summary: Francesca and Mario gave us a warm welcome when we arrived late Sunday evening. The apartment was exactly as wunderful and nice as the pictures showed. Clean, big and comfortable. The sorroundings with pool area, other apartments and view over the landscape was simply amasing. Having barbaque made the oldfashion way starting with a fire and use the embers afterwards. We enjoyed the silence at night, sitting on the terrace listening to the owls and watching fireflies. Our two daughters aged 13 and 16 forgot all about internet and facebook and enloyed it as much as we did. We can only recommend Villamari for a holiday and Francesca and Mario is more than willing to give advices for trips and replys quickly when contacted.
