Positive: An amazing location for exploring Spello. The city center is an easy 5-10min walk. Free and easy parking across the street. The room was clean, quiet, and simple. The breakfast was wonderful, offering both a sweet and savory option. The host was very kind and we enjoyed starting our morning with cappuccini.
