Positive: I had not appreciated that there was a steep flight of steps to reach the apartment balcony and hence the front door so taking luggage upstairs was quite difficult. The apartment was quite airless as the outside temperature was high and no windows had been opened. Otherwise the apartment was small but had every convenience that we expected. Onsite parking was available which gave direct access to the apartment stairs. Very close the church, apart from the problems mentioned below, we would be happy to stay there again.
Negative: It had not been cleaned that day as there were dead insects on the bedroom floor. The major downside in the bedroom was was that the bed had nylon sheets which, as the room was very hot and only had a Velux style window which could only be opened a few inches at the bottom were not very pleasant to sleep on. After washing up the next morning, my wife found water on the floor of the sink unit but we could not find the source of the leak. The same thing happened the next and we called the owner who found that the pipe to the draining board had become detached. After that we had no further problem.
Summary: Apart from the problems mentioned above, we had a pleasant stay in a lovely part of Brittany

Positive: The place was clean and comfortable. We stayed for two days and bless by good weather we enjoyed breakfast in the garden. Recommend to anyone visiting those Auray area
