Positive: Wow! This is a fabulous modern, comfy and quiet apartment, located in the heart of Cadiz old town. The top floor penthouse has a generous private terrace, with 2 sofas and a dining table and chairs. The bed is super comfy and the shower is powerful and hot. Plus there is a washing machine and airers on this floor, thank you! And Cadiz4Rentals are extremely good hosts. We stayed for 17 nights and they checked in with us to see if there was anything we needed during our stay. There wasn't as they had left clean bedding and towels, as well as extra pillows if we needed. We used the heating in the cooler evenings as it was January and this was very effective. Hopefully it would be as good as air-con in the summer. If you stay as long as we did, the kitchen is very useful, with everything you need to prepare simple meals. But with the Mercado just 3 minutes walk away, and loads of tapas bars and cafes all around, it would be very easy to stay here and not cook if you didn't fancy it! We cannot recommend this apartment enough - if you stay here, the camera obscura tower (one of the top tourist attractions in Cadiz) is at the top of the road, about 100 metres away from the front door!

Negative: -difficult to park in the area. There are several underground parking areas (20 Euro/24h).
Summary: Very nice apartment located in the Cadiz old town.

Positive: The location was perfect and the flat was cosy
Negative: When I had a problem with the fire alarm - it went off at 2am and all the people staying at the property’s flats were outside the building trying to figure it out - we called the emergency number but couldn’t get much help. I texted the agency the next day to ask them to come and check and they never responded.
Summary: Lovely stay in modern and clean flat in the historic centre of Cádiz.
