Summary: I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Villars Palace, and everything was absolutely wonderful. However, what truly stood out and made all the difference was the service provided by a porter named Angelo. Angelo went above and beyond to ensure our experience was exceptional. He helped us in every way possible—and even in ways you wouldn’t expect. He is fantastic, and his dedication and professionalism truly elevate the hotel experience. Angelo is a gem and a true asset to Villars Palace!

Summary: It’s a perfect hotel, design is decent, view is fabulous , staffs are all helpful, generous and professional. Our family and I enjoyed it very much. We love their breakfast , kids club , swimming pool and every corners…etc. We are also surprised with the welcome note and gifts , it is so warm and my kids are excited .
