Summary: They were overbooked and didnt have the 3br i paid for. We did a late check in. They didnt have a reservation for me at all, but security put us in a 2br unit so we had somewhere to sleep. Unit had spiders and an outlet that didnt work. TVs are tiny. Otherwise, it was clean. Next morning, staff was nice and issued refund no problem since they couldnt accommodate. Unit was not wheelchair accessible. Had a headache getting my power chair inside to charge it. Complex was clean. Basic but clean facility

Summary: Stay here last year and it was terrific. This year, not so much. They couldn’t find my reservation through Expedia so we had to wait 45 min to figure out a room. The next morning, some maintenance man (I hope it was a maintenance man) walk right into our room without a knock or warning. He was just as shocked as we were and walked out. My wife proceeded open the door to make sure he at least worked there and he yelled at her “I said I was sorry”! The next day, we got home after a long day at an event to find out that our cards no longer worked. Had to walk up to the office and figure out why. No answer, just issued new keys. Lastly, the streets around the property are being repaved and widened so it’s an absolute mess and have to figure out another route to get into and out of the property (not there fault but I feel they should warn you). Other than that, place is ok.

Summary: Very clean both the accomodations and the property. The rooms are older but nicely appointed. It was easy to walk to a grocery store. Unfortunately road work was being done but other than noise, it was not a problem for our stay. The only hitch re communication was that a parking pass had to be requested and was.not provided until our stay was almost over. But there was plenty of convenient parking and no one asked for the pass. Seemed to be lots of families and a pleasant area.

Summary: The Villa was great. Clean and very spacious. There was an issue with my reservation but they took care of it quickly and had me a villa within 15 minutes. Make sure you call them to verify your booking before you go. The hub that does the booking for them is in Daytona. It was quiet until people outside the Villa property decided at 11pm-3am to shoot off fireworks. That was a 1 night event. The villa was clean and the showers were all great walk-ins. I will definitely stay here again but not near the road next time.
