Positive: It has everything you need to cook a good meal. The beds were comfortable, and the air conditioner and fans worked properly. The staff is great and the property is very beautiful. It has hot water (I know, who needs it at the beach?! but it's a nice to have) It's a good value for what you pay.
Negative: In general it wasn't as clean as I was expecting. Dust everywhere, ants and other undesirable insects in the kitchen. A good outdoor night light is needed. We had the visit of a little snake and it was hard to check outside with just the cellphone light.

Positive: Very nice spot. Very clean bungalow. Kitchen has everthing you need and also very clean. Always hot water, good water pressure. Moskitonets everywhere. Pool and garden very clean and well-kept. The last part of the street very bumpy, but you can do it slowly without a 4x4. Location in the nature, but still close to Sàmara. You need a car to get there. Parking was safe. Very good price! We would come again!
Negative: Just two small things. We would have liked if there were warmer blankets instead of just the sheets. And you have to bring your own toiletpaper once you have used the provided one. This is not a big deal, but it would be good to have the information about this (we didn't know that).
