Summary: Very nice, private garden studio in quiet suburb, about an hour from central Paris by train (depending on conditions). Hosts were friendly and responsive and studio is set up with everything you will need. Excellent cycling routes and walking paths in vicinity. Very good boulangerie, tasty Moroccan restaurant, and supermarket in walking distance. Thanks for the stay!

Summary: I think this might be the best deal in Paris! Someone previously mentioned that the pictures don’t serve it justice and they were right. This is a really really beautiful studio apartment. It’s in a lovely and quiet neighborhood and using the public transit you can be downtown Paris in 40 minutes. I would highly recommend this place to anybody who wants to visit Paris. I’m really happy I chose this place. Also the landlady is a lovely lady who offered to help me with a lot of things during my stay.

Summary: This property is quietly in the Suburbs and it is important to know how to find things. I've learned how to get around and I hope this information may help the next visitor: 1. It is a short walk from the #1 Cimitaire Bus stop. This bus is important reach the Lozere and Orsay-Ville train stations for RER-B to head to Paris. Also, I've taken the #1 Bus towards Igny to get to the nearest laundomat I can find (Gymnase stop). The Lozere train station is also in this direction of Igny. 2. All banks and ATMs I discovered in Orsay. Take the #1 Bus to Marie-Orsay stop to get to banks and the Post Office. For Shopping and not driving, I took Uber to H&M in Villebon. There are many stores snd a food market Auchon there in the mall. There is a large Franprix Supermarket 1.8 kilometers from the apartment. I walked there and took the bus back. The bus stops in front of the Franprix. There is an Intermarché market, boulangerie, and pizzeria witin 1 kilometer from the apartment. It may look like this apartment is not accessible to anything, but it is near a LOT of places. It is a matter of knowing where to go. IMPORTANT: Go to the Pharmacie in either the Gare du Nord or Paris La Defense train stations for Covid testing. NONE of the pharmapcie I visited in tve Villebon and Orsay area gives Covid testing for travel. GO TO PARIS for the antigen testing to return to your country. It costs approximately 30€ - 60€ euros. I checked everywhere near the studio and afar and only found COVID testing in Paris. I stayed for an 8-week sabbatical from USA and enjoyed every day of it. The studio was perfect for me because I traveled alone. The proprietors are easy to communicate and are welcoming. I DO suggest to bring a flashlight 🔦. The studio has automatic lights, but sometimes the motion sensors didn't kick in until I got to the door at night. I didn't mind because I had my flashlight to see where I was going. The wi-fi worked very well and I was able to work without any problems at all. The refrigerator has small freezer. I kept the fridge stocked. it is mid-sized but can hold a lot. Lastly, This studio apartment is fully equipped with kitchen needs and dinnerware. I really enjoyed my stay and plan to return. For me, it was five stars 🌟 Safe travels.

Summary: I must say that the photos 📷 on this site doesn't do this studio any justice. The entire environment is filled with serenity and peacefulness. I must say that I extended my stay for an additional 4 weeks. But will summarize my experience in tbe padt 4 weeks. 1. I absolutely adore the owners of this studio. They are very accomodating, friendly, and helpful with me practicing to speak French. Their vibe is full of positive energy 😊. 2. I booked this studio as a solo traveler. For me, the space is just right. It is quaint and tucked away like a hidden gem. EVERYTHING I needed was readily available. There is an electric portable washing machine available that kept my clothes clean. Gotta hang it to dry though. 3. Getting around..I DID EVERYTHING 😁 I used bus, train, uber, car rental, and walked. I am here for business and personal. The #1 bus took me directly to the Orsay-Ville station. From there I took the RER-B to the various stops in Paris. 4. I would go to Paris for the action and return to the Studio for the quiet. ONE Paris ticket 1.90€ and I went round trip on trins and subways. The buses are 2€. I recommend solo travelers and couples to consider this studio to rent for long stays. It's been a great find for me. There is a Villebon shopping mall nearby. H&M is also located inside. Costco is hear if you are coming from the USA (make sure you seek help to validate your membership card for gas and purchases at checkout). I can go on and on, but will jyst say that I am pleased. 😊

Summary: There were two adults during our stay. Very small studio but complete with all you need including TV and WiFi. The size was fine for us because we were gone all day and came back to shower and sleep. We were able to take short walk to the metro station and get to Versailles and Paris quite easily. Lovely property in a lovely area. Quite a good value for the money. Also, the owner was quite friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay again.

Summary: Stayed for just over 1 month at the beginning of a PostDoc. A quiet studio, as described, with very friendly and helpful owners. The Plateau of Saclay is roughly a 20-25minute walk away, with the RER B roughly a 10-15 minute walk away, giving good access to both the local research centres as well as the city of Paris. (But be aware of RER B timetables.)
