From the moment we arrived, our host went above and beyond to make us feel welcome - so warm, supportive, and always available if we needed anything. She provided very comprehensive recommendation about restorans, markets, places to visit, etc. The house itself is a true gem: cozy, full of character, and designed with an authentic touch that perfectly reflects the local charm. Every detail felt thoughtful and added to the relaxing atmosphere. One of our favorite spots was the lovely green terrace—lush, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing with a morning coffee or evening drink. Very nice pebbly beach near the house, comfortable spot overall. We’re so grateful for the experience and would absolutely love to come back. Highly recommended!

Positive: The location was spot on. The beach was close, and the water was perfect, sometimes maybe a little bit wavier. The apartmant was amazing, and the owners were super nice and helpful. The house is huge, and the garden's like a small oasis. It was pretty "italian".

Positive: The staff was. marvelous. We got plenty of recommendations for facilities and restaurants. A private garden. Washing machine and dishwasher. Short distance to bath and restaurants, slightly longer to shops.
Negative: It is located pretty centrally in Marina Di Pisa, so in the night, when the windows are open, there is loud traffic sound sometimes.

Positive: A typical local house, we loved the style as well as the inner garden. Everything was in a walking distance - beach, shops, restaurants. We got a lot of useful information from the owner, who was really nice and took great care of us. We will definitely come again in the future, an excuisite accommodation!

Positive: We had a lovely stay in Marina di Pisa. Perfect location – just a few minutes from the beach, restaurants, and the beautiful seaside promenade. The house was very clean, charming, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was absolutely wonderful – kind, helpful, and always quick to respond. We felt very welcome from the moment we arrived. It was the perfect base for exploring Marina di Pisa and the surrounding area!
Negative: During our visit, the outside temperature was +33–35°C, so we definitely felt the lack of air conditioning—keeping the windows open meant hearing all the street noise in the evenings and at night. However, since we knew in advance that AC wasn’t offered, it wouldn’t be fair to complain about it. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would gladly return!

Positive: We can easily recommend this place.The house was big,clean and placed 100 meters from both sea,wonderful forest for trips in the shade and the bus stop if going to Pisa town. Positive: Giulia was an exceptional host, she was very friendly, informative and approachable. Very spacious living space and comfortable beds. I stayed here with my mother and sister and it was the perfect break away. Very close to the Marina, cafes and restraunts and bus stops. The villia was absolutely immaculate and incredibly clean. Would 100% stay again.

Positive: All the positive reviews you read here are true; our stay with Giulia was wonderful. The host is accommodating and very helpful, providing us with plenty of tips on local restaurants and excursions around Tuscany. The house is spacious and equipped exactly as described and shown in the photos. It's about a 2-minute walk to the sea, and the center with restaurants and ice cream shops is also very close. During our stay, we also got to meet Giulia's parents, who were very pleasant and friendly, and we were always happy to see them. Our two children loved this place, and we definitely recommend staying here if you want to experience the true Tuscan atmosphere and meet nice people. Thank you once again! :)
