Positive: Wonderful apartment on a large property just outside of Rome offering a very peaceful rest at the end of a busy day in Rome historic center. This was perfect for our family of four. We really enjoyed having an in-ground pool at our disposal. Everything was super clean, and the kitchen has everything you will ever need. There are no words that could properly describe how nice the hosts were. Always willing to help with anything and provide answers to every single one of my thousand questions. Danielle, Andrea, you are simply the best! We will definitely rent again whenever we are in Italy.
Negative: There is nothing in particular that we didn't like. I would simply say that because the property is outside of Rome, extra time is needed whenever heading for Rome's historic center as we found it more convenient to drive to a public parking lot close to a metro station and reach our destination from there. Also, it wasn't clear for us from the pictures, that there were actually two separate apartments on the property. One is next to the pool (as pictured), the other is perhaps a hundred feet away. Although the pool is available to anyone renting either apartments, it was easy to believe that there was only one apartment with a private pool.
Summary: We really enjoyed staying at this property and would gladly rent it again whenever we visit Rome.

Positive: This property is a both in a perfect location for easy access to Rome (a 15 minute walk and 6 minute, 1 Euro train ride to St. Peter's Square) and a beautifully quiet oasis by a lovely pool amongst spacious gardens. The hosts were very friendly and helpful (they drove us to the local supermarket on our arrival so that we could buy supplies). There is a large supermarket a 12 minute walk away. The accommodation was very clean, spacious and well equipped, with air-conditioning and wi-fi. In short, it offered us everything for a wonderful week in such a beautiful and fascinating city.
Negative: It was all amazing!
Summary: Great location - with easy, cheap access to Rome as well as a beautiful property and pool.

Negative: Little further from Rome than expected. 20-30 mins in a taxi depending on traffic. Can get trains and buses but 15-20 mins walk away

Positive: Great location for travel into Rome. The apartment was lovely and clean and very well equipped for everything you need. Ample private parking that was secure and gated. Danielle was especially very helpful getting us train times and info on where to catch them and depart for various attractions. She also gave us taxi details and good restaurants to try. We met her husband who was a fellow biker and told us of ride outs to take.
Negative: The size of the shower was a struggle for anyone bigger than a size 8
