Summary: This house was absolutely perfect for my family (8 of us) The kitchen is where we spent most of our time, eating yummy food and looking out the wonderful windows about the kitchen sink. The back yard is spectacular and what we probably enjoyed the most while staying in the the house. The variety of trees and herbs in the backyard was incredible and my family and I loved watching the roses bloom. The hot tub was greatly and we even saw hot air balloons fly right over the house and hand in the park across the street. 10/10.

Summary: Very clean, comfortable and well-appointed. Probably the most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept in! Quiet and convenient location. The backyard and view are exquisite!! The property manager was very accessible and available to answer our questions. The only hiccup was that the hot tub had a leak and wouldn’t hold water. They were unable to get it fixed before we left, so unfortunately we weren’t able to enjoy that feature of the house.

Summary: We had a party of 8 for my wife’s 50th Bday and the house was great. It slept everyone comfortably and both the kitchen and dining room were the perfect size for 8 people. The home was centrally located so it was very easy to get to Sonoma, Calistoga and everywhere in between. The home had lots of amenities and was very clean. Almost everything met or exceeded expectations, but I will offer two areas that should be noted. First there is no automated/virtual check in process, so we had to make sure we coordinated our exact arrival time with the property manager. She was very helpful so all good, but we would have preferred to be a little more flexible on when we arrived. Second, the family room really only fit 4 people so there was no place to put all 8 in one room to watch a show or movie. Not a huge deal since we were not in there much and the kitchen was close, but again, worth noting. the larger living room did not have a TV in it. In all, we would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this home.

Summary: We went to Napa on a girls trip and had an amazing time staying at this beautiful and spacious home that was so conveniently located to all of the vineyards and local towns. The house was beautifully decorated and perfect for our group of 9 people. Our most favorite part was using the hot tub in the evenings while we watched the stars, as well as seeing the hot air balloons in the mornings from our backyard! I highly recommend this home and will plan on going back myself soon. Thank you Julie for all of your help!

Summary: Four of us stayed here for part of my 50th birthday trip. The location was absolutely perfect. The weather was a bit too cold to spend much time outside at night, but we did use the hot tub a couple of times and it was great. The house had everything we needed, and we even had a private chef come in and cooked dinner for us one night
