Summary: Information in Hotels.com regarding conditions for re-booking isn't good. I was informed first when calling hotell, that bookings done in net can't be changed or cancelled at all. Othervice they have one weeks' cancellation limit, that I regard is far too long. Pillows were not good (too high and lumpy). One pillow could be high and the otherone could be lower. But lunpy is not good anyhow.

Summary: Vingåkers Hotell is clean, comfortable, and centrally located. What made my stay especially great was the hotel host and owner, who offered outstanding service. Rarely have I come across a hotel more flexible and service-minded.
