Positive: Secure. Having the shopping centre below was very convenient however there is not a lot else around. About a 20 min grab ride to the tourist areas.
Negative: Pictures in the listing do NOT match the unit that we stayed in! The check process was extremely difficult. We waited for 2 hours in the building lobby while they kept telling us just a few more minutes. The room is listed as having 3 beds and a sofa bed. There was no sofa bed, just a sofa which did not pull out to make a bed. The couch was smaller than a single/twin bed. This caused a lot of problems for us as we had 3 teenage children with us and only 3 beds! The beds were all extremely hard and it felt like sleeping on concrete. Sheets left hanging on the washing line on the balcony and there were also towels and sheets left inside the washing machine. The cutlery in the draws were dirty and there were ants in both the kitchen and bathroom. The listing showed a pool howver when I asked the host how to access the pool he said it was only for residents and that we would have to pay 200,000 vnd each to use it.
Summary: Not impressed with our stay. Would not recommend.
