Positive: We had a wonderfully relaxing stay here. The views are stunning, the breakfast was excellent, and the dinners — along with the wine selection — were absolutely delicious. The lady at the reception was exceptionally kind and attentive, always ready to help with any questions or issues. Her warm attitude and positive approach truly helped maintain the holiday spirit.
Negative: The rooms are quite outdated. Our balcony door was broken and very difficult to open and close, though we didn’t mind too much as we were only staying for three nights. The bathroom sink was leaking, but it was promptly repaired after we reported it. The restaurant has a unique and interesting menu, but the prices are on the higher side. Be mindful of the waiters — their attitude can come across as tip-driven, despite a 10% service charge already being automatically added to the bill. One afternoon, we did a wine tasting experience. We assumed it would be added to our room extras, so we didn’t have our wallet with us at the time. However, the restaurant is run separately from the hotel and manages the wine tastings and dinner service. The price for wine tasting was quoted as 900 TL per person, and we were told we could settle it after dinner. Unfortunately, one of the waiters added the wine tasting to our dinner bill, including an additional 10% tip — which should not have applied in this case. We chose not to make a scene as it was a special evening for us, but the way it was handled felt underhanded and left a negative impression.

Positive: Location. The vineyards were nice. Breakfast was okay. Sadly no one really spoke the univeral language of English. Great concept, this hotel. Has great potential. I wish them the best.
Negative: It was a mediocre hotel and experience. Nothing was excellent except for the location. It was no fun walking down a dusty hill from the car park to the hotel room. I cannot imagine what guests do when it rains and is muddy. They need some investment in infrastructure and in hospitality staff.
Summary: Meh. Great Location. Average Hotel. DO NOT PAY FOR PARKING. (Scam alert)

Positive: The venue is stunning, the vineyard is incredible and the pool was a real highlight. The price was also very good for the region.
Negative: There were cleanliness issues and some fairly basic landscaping could really help elevate the accommodation area. It feels like the restaurant and wine cellar get quite a bit more attention.

Positive: Location is the main atraction. Very beautiful surroundings. Nice rooms, comfortable bed and a good shower.
Negative: However from a place like that, we expect more. Towels should be softer.. Sink had a leaking problem. Breakfast was served individually and not exactly a full table. Wine tasting was disappointing. The sommelier just informed the name of the wines and from which grapes they were made of. I've been in many Vineyards before and they were far more interesting.
