Summary: I love the speedboat in the cable cars. The hotel is located right next to the beach and has an amazing swimming pool that my son absolutely loved. The Vinpearl is a definite must!

Summary: The facilities are dated. The service can be a little slow. But overall, so beautiful and at the price point I think a great deal. The breakfast is pretty good, go early if you want less of a crowd. The food overall was well priced (higher than usual Vietnam prices but well lower than equivalent properties in the US) and delicious. The resort will not allow you to bring in more than a small snack, with a large fine if you try - you have to sign off at check-in. The pools are cold. The main large pool has loud music and lots of kids. There is a pool on the side that was usually totally quiet and empty. Vinpearl Harbor was such a trip- like a mostly abandoned Disneyland crossed with a dead mall. Guests during my stay were not an outgoing bunch, and I think I was the only American on property! I think this resort would be best for a young family with children who wanted to have a budget vacation that feels high-end and to go to VinWonders.

Summary: I recently stayed at Vinpearl Resort in Nha Trang, Vietnam, and while the location and amenities are impressive, my experience was marred by several issues. Accommodation: Unfortunately, my stay was affected by the condition of the villas. Villa No. 6017 was mold-infested, and despite requesting action, it took two weeks to relocate us. The new villa was not much better, which was disappointing and the private pools' cleaning system was broken, and the lights were glitching, which was quite inconvenient. Service: The service at Vinpearl Resort has worsened over the past eight years. The staff were not as attentive or responsive as expected, and the overall service quality has declined. During checkout, nobody seemed to care, and I had to carry my luggage myself. Additionally, transport between locations within the resort is rare and crowded, with waiting times ranging from 10 to 30 minutes. Overall Experience: While Vinpearl Resort Nha Trang has the potential to be a tropical paradise, my recent experience was overshadowed by the poor condition of the villas, declining service quality, and the cleanliness of the beach. I hope the management addresses these issues to restore the resort to its former glory.

Summary: Great place to visit. The staff are outstanding, the rooms very comfortable, and the shuttle service was easy! Wish they had more food options at the hotel throughout the day however a great place to visit.

Summary: Our stay at Vinpearl resort had its ups and downs. Great staff and a good location. On the other side the resort requires renovations. The rooms are not as portrayed in the pictures. I will also note that waiting for the buggy service also took a lot of time and could have been better.
