Summary: my family really enjoyed our stay at this property! each room was very clean and the beds comfortable, being so close to ithaca falls was an incredible added bonus as well, and our host was communicative and helpful. would definitely recommend and stay again

Summary: We had a great time in this well tended home. Terrific location across the street from Ithaca Falls trail and walking distance from Cornell campus. A few cobwebs on the front porch, but inside was very clean. Cadence, our host, communicated very clearly and helpfully before our arrival.
