Only MONTHLY RENTALS at this time. Rental is not available during November to April. No pets, no exceptions made. We do not negotiate rates or offer reduced rates. Public street parking. This is a 1st floor vintage cottage that sleeps two with a maximum of two people. It's a rear unit on 330 Ocean Ave. located just four blocks from the beach at Third and Ocean Ave.
The cottage has central air conditioning and heating, Wi-Fi/TV/Netflix, living room, kitchen/dining area, one bedroom with a wicker full bed and a bathroom with shower. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, gas stove, microwave and coffee maker. It's fully equipped for your cooking needs including the wine glasses for the evening. There is a small patio area for your relaxation and a shared, small yard with a picnic table and benches. An open, outdoor shower head is situated outside the yard's surrounding white fence to wash off after returning from the beach.
Check-in is 4:00-9:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM. You provide your linens and towels. Beach tags are provided as part of the rental fee, but must remain at the cottage upon departure for the next guests. No smoking on the premises. $250.00 fee to be taken for cleaning of smoke from cottage.
The boardwalk and beach are just a short walk away. The bay is just a few blocks from the cottage to place your boat, if needed. There is a laundromat located roughly one block from the cottage. Positively 4th Street Cafe is around the corner as well, which has great food and atmosphere. Restaurants such as Mosaic, Cousins and Island Grill dot the corners close to the cottage. Downtown Ocean City is within walking distance and hosts over one hundred places to shop and eat.

Rentals require a $500.00 security deposit which will only be deducted from a guest's payment if property damage is found. Costs for damage incurred by a guest shall be the responsibility of the guest. You may choose to have additional cleaning services on an extended stay each week at $100.00 a week. No sub-leasing of the rental.

Summary: I just stayed here for 3 weeks in the off season and it was a terrific trip! I loved the location of this place; it was close to everything and since I enjoy walking it was perfect for me. I liked that there were 2 keys and that I could just leave, shut the door behind and not have to worry about it. I appreciated the Netflix and enjoyed binge watching one of my favorite shows! The owner was extremely communicative, responsive, and helpful. There were a couple of issues in the beginning but with his help they got fixed right away.

Summary: This property was just as advertised. It was small, however, it fit our needs. It was clean and equipped with what we needed. An added bonus was netflix. Would definitely stay here again.

Summary: Lock box needs replacing. Too hard to use and broke a nail. Couch and bed uncomfortable. No access to umbrella or beach chairs. Did not have sufficient cleaning supplies: winder comet cleanser, disinfectant.

Summary: We loved the charm of this vintage cottage! Our host was very welcoming and helpful with communication emails. The limited television accessibility (only Netflix streaming and no local channel options) was only a slight drawback. Given that this is an older cottage, there was no sound buffer between the 1st & 2nd floors. Any 2nd floor noise (footsteps, conversation, televsion) can be clearly heard. Regardless, we had a very nice, cozy week!

Summary: Thanks so much for a great stay in Ocean City..... Vintage,sea shore place....Well appointed...Everything you need. Positives....Perfect location to boardwalk,beach and shops... Negatives...NO parking....Definetly need to replace bed...Would recommend if I knew bed was replaced...

Summary: Great location, very private, nice court yard, comfortable perfect if you’re traveling alone. Felt safe in this cozy apartment. 1 bedroom was perfect for a smaller person ok with tight spaces as the bathroom is tiny and the hall is a bit narrow. Liked sitting outside at the picnic table and the space outside to lock my bike. It was a little tight in the bath and hall way. No electric plug in the bathroom and there were a lot of cords in the living room and bedroom which I was concerned about. Good idea to bring a bath mat. Great response time from host and very pleasant to work with as the last renter appeared to have taken the kitchen knives. The foam pad added to the mattress was comfortable but recommend trimming it to fit so the sheet can go on easily. Enjoyed my 3 day stay very much. Recommend dinner dining off the island.

Summary: Great location and a nice quaint stay! Walking distance to anything you’d need and the boardwalk as well. Great restaurants and bistros within 1 block. If your sensitive to upstairs neighbor noise and or a softer mattress it may not be for you. This was a perfect spot for my needs of beaching, board walking and hiking for the week.
