Summary: Location was perfect! Pullout couch was not very comfortable and the bathroom floor was not as clean as we would have expected. All else was great!

Summary: It was nice the cabin had more than we expect (washer & dryer machine). It needs to be clean under the bed, closet & entry door. Thank you very much we enjoyed the cabin. I recommend it highly to anyone.

Summary: The location was great, close to main and all shoping locations. Grounds were nice. Stayed in the Violet room which is the basement of the main house. Was noisy, heard everything from upstairs guests. Bed was absolutely horrible, needs to be upgraded. Room furnishings and living space could use an updating. Ran out of toilet paper the 1st morning, house cleaning left a 1/4 roll in the bathroom and no spairs. 1/4 roll of paper towels in the kitchen too, no spairs. Called the number on the door for assistance, no answer left voicemail, called three more times and no response and no follow-up from them. Had to buy our own. Floors were dirty as well as the bathroom. House cleaning needs to take better pride in their work. Wont stay here again.

Summary: Great location,nice comfy bed and well equiped spot. Our only disappointment was how noisy it was. You could hear every little neighbor noise above us. Clomping around, shower running, talking, etc. Made for early morning wake up! A few little things should be attended to-no screen or crank on one window, drawers need realigning, coffee filters would have been nice to have stocked and our little private patio needed a good sweep. We did take advantage of the nice picnic table in the yard though.Above all else, the location was really nice and convenient.

Summary: This has to be one of the noisiest places I 've ever stayed. It is a basement, not a cottage, and you can hear everything (I mean everything) that goes on upstairs. Also, you probably should tell people that there is no oven and you don't provide soap. It was very clean and, the furniture was in good shape and the location is prime.

Summary: Not a cottage but a basement apartment entered through exterior stairs. Which lead to the "patio" which is a concrete slab with the exterior stairs to the south, concrete walls to the west and north, house wall to the east, and a double overhang blocking light. You're sent a code to unlock the door but after it doesn't work and you call the emergency number you're informed that oh by the way you have to pull the handle towards you as you enter the code. Which you were not told in advance. You enter to discover that there are few windows (none in the bedroom) only one of which (in the laundry room) lets in sunlight. The "kitchenette" consists of a mini-fridge and microwave in the living room, another mini-fridge and toaster in the laundry room, and the laundry room's utility sink, plus an assortment of pots and pans which are useless without a stove, and plates and silverware which seem a little greasy so you wash them before using. There is no dishwasher, just the utility sink. It's cold so you go to adjust the thermostat to discover that there is none — the furnace serves the upstairs unit where the thermostat is located and you survive off its residual heat. There is no AC (luckily it's October) but there are two fans — and hardly any air circulation due to the few windows. At least the bathroom seems nicely renovated, with a deep tub perfect for soaking surrounded by a nice shelf perfect for a glass of wine and a candle or two. Except you can't get the water to come out of the faucet, it only comes out of the shower (luckily you prefer showers), and the drain has no stopper. And the shelf surrounding the tub means you take your life in your hands getting in and out of the shower. In short, pretty dysfunctional. It was okay for a couple of nights and I recognize that much of the world's population would consider it luxurious, but it needs a lot of work to live up to the claims made for it.
