Positive: Great location next to the 10km beach with white sand, if you like a run in the morning this must be it. Also close to some nice bars and restaurants. Nice swimming pool as well and has gym and other social activities/benefits like tennis courts and snooker table I believe.
Negative: I’m not 100% sure…I loved the bed, madras felt solid, thempurie squishy and kind of new, but what do I know? I know I have never been bitten like this before in Thailand or any place for that matter, I spray myself up&down against the sneaky mosquito attacks (well it was this one time in Rio de Janeiro many years ago, at a tiered hostel, you know). This was something else, just like in Rio. So God forbid me swearing in church, maybe it was bed bugs..? Sorry for swearing.

Positive: I love everything about this place. Waking up n having coffee n only seeing the ocean is something special. This condo has everything you could possibly need for any length of stay. Pots pans cutlery crockery, you name it, its here. The apartment has a decent fridge n microwave n kettle etc. Then theres the view. Highly reccommend this condo n am so sad we only booked 3 nights
Negative: The only thing i didnt like was that we didnt book longer 😔

Positive: I absolutely loved the views!! It had a stunning balcony with sea views and you could also go up on the roof terrace to watch sunrise and the entire coast line. the beach was right opposite the road (which was actually a pretty quiet road). Brilliant long sandy beach and lovely clear water to swim at any water level. could also rent a little bicycle to explore around. some nice restaurants nearby. you also have a swimming pool downstairs.Room clean and good AC, fan and wifi. All great! would love to come back one day!
Negative: This is nothing to do with the hotel but it's very difficult to get there without a rental car or motorbike. no good public transport.
Summary: Great apartment with stunning views to chill and enjoy right near the beach!

Positive: I didnt have breakfast on the hotel.
Negative: The geyser didnt work well and the dishes (spoon, fork, opener and so on) were old and rusty.
Summary: The view of a sea in front of my balcony was great. I did meditation in front of it which felt nice.
