Summary: Discover the best in old Havana!! so far after 6 visits in 2 years never will book and look another hotel , staff super super friendly , highly recommended , great experience !! Design of the rooms is internationally very unique love it so much !!

Summary: My wife and I had a great time at VIP Morro. The staff, especially Melisa, made us feel right at home with complementary cocktails and were very accommodating. The property is conveniently located next to el prado, which is walking distance from old Havana. Many restaurants and museums nearby. The space is super comfortable and we would happily stay there again the next time we visit.

Summary: My friend, Ingrid and I were so excited to go to Havana. The Morro VIP was amazing!!! We loved everyone at the “hotel.” Melissa and her friends who worked there were so helpful and the location was perfect.

Summary: I chose this accommodation because I liked the mix of the old building with original features with the ultra modern twist. Melissa was the receptionist for the majority of our stay and she was delightful, we also met Cynthia and she was lovely too. There were a few other members of staff who were also very friendly and helpful. I’m glad I chose this delightful hotel, it was within easy walking distance to our favourite restaurants etc

Summary: We stayed in room no. 5 - was great. Francy, the concierge and all the staff are absolutely amazing - friendly, helpful and so hospitable. Location is perfect too. We had an excellent stay. I only missed having in room tea/coffee making facilities, everything else was great!
