Summary: This is a gorgeous house and property. Meticulously maintained, well stocked, spacious and comfortable, lovely location, beautiful all around. The house is on the top of the hill with amazing views and lots of windows to enjoy it. We didn’t cook, but the kitchen seems fully stocked for easy cooking. It was an easy and beautiful drive to nearby cideries and Cville. A real gem, hope to stay there again.

Summary: This home is spotless and is incredibly comfortable/stocked with everything we needed (and more). After a long, intensely emotional day at UVA’s graduation, we especially appreciated the ability to return to the serenity of the screened-in porch, where the faint scent of peonies, the bird songs, and the clouds rolling over the distant mountain vista allowed us to process all that the day meant for our Hoo and our family.We hope to relocate to the area and will happily use this lovely home as a base as we search for property. Thank you very much for your hospitality!

Summary: This cottage is even nicer in person than in the pictures. The land around it is stunning. The views alone make it a worthwhile choice. We spent the majority of the time there on the screened porch looking at the mountains. Esmont is pretty isolated—it is about a 25 minute drive to Charlottesville and 10 minutes to Scottsville.. Highly recommend!

Summary: Just wanted a weekend to get away from the city & couldn’t have asked for better. Off the beaten path & super homey & absolutely gorgeous home. The view of the sunrise from the screened in porch can’t be beaten.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at this cabin. It sits on a large piece of land with plenty of room to run around- we really enjoyed playing football as the sun went down each night- the view of the sunset over the mountains is gorgeous. And the cabin itself was perfect. There was plenty of room for everyone, and it had everything we needed to cook all of our meals and hang around playing games inside. It's a really wonderful place that I hope to return to!
