Positive: The landlady was very friendly, had baked tiropites to us on arrival and left us in piece and quiet.

Negative: Virtually impossible to find. No street numbers or streetlight in the evening. We had to call a mobile, turned out to be her daughter, who luckily answered after five-six signals, in order to find the house. The setting was out in the wilderness, no shops, restaurants nor other facilities in the neighborhood. We were not at all prepared for this. My first booking through booking.com, so perhaps my own fault not reading the description ahead of booking?!

Positive: The accommodation is amazing. Huge place. Rooms are very comfortable as well as the bathrooms. The kitchen is big and has everything you need. And most importantly the owners were extremely nice and always willing to help us. We were welcomed with nice Greek pastries Location is also nice

Negative: The air con in the sitting room struggled with the size of the room, the bedrooms were absolutely fine though

Positive: The house is great as well as the host and location. Even if we arrived after midnight, we were properly received and welcomed. Had a fantastic time here with my family, and we really appreciated that we had everything we needed. We really liked the artistic feeling of the house with wall paintings and character furniture.

Negative: Nothing to complain about.

Positive: It was such a beautiful place with such welcoming hosts! We arrived late at night and Ms Smaragda welcomed us with such a sweet and pleasant vibe!!! She prepared for us spanakopita and tiropita(greek delicatessen, spinach pie and cheese pie). I can say so many things about this place, but the most important is that it felt like home! We felt the warmth, safety and relaxation in every single aspect! We booked this home mostly because we had the PanHEllenic Kayaking races that take place! It was 5 min away from the kayaking facilities and that made it super easy for us to go home after the race, to relax have a bath and prepare for the next races! This home gave us the best foundation to be able to win the championship!!! We are so glad that we booked it and met such a wonderful host!!! Thank you Smaragda!!! We will come back again for sure!!!

Positive: Everything was perfect!!! The house was beautiful, the landlords very polite and hospitable, the area is near the forest of Schinias were the pine trees goes down to the beach and has small taverns with great food. There was also a basketball area near by and a childrens playground. We had a lovely time! 🤩❤🌸
