Positive: That they had a bar and pool

Negative: It is located somewhat at the heart of town but the road that leads to the hotel is not encouraging and the fact that the hotel is being renovated(based on what I was told), the compound almost looked deserted. The hotel is kinda compact and choked. I don’t think it was worth 75k/night for the room. The WiFi was terrible and network for mobile data was poor. The laundry guys almost ripped me and when I tried to inform the customer care, they were unavailable and when I got to the reception, they agreed that laundry of one simple gown was 7k. But when the receipt of payment came, it was showing 3k for a gown. Some of the staff act like they’re bigger than you. The staff at breakfast was almost asking me for my ID card and insinuating that I am representing someone. The guy cleaning my room, broke my customised mug given as a gift and offered to buy another one. The door locked me out at some point. They all need to do better honestly.

Positive: Nice, comfortable room with reasonable wifi, nice staff.

Negative: Although my reservation included breakfast in the rate, management insisted that I pay for breakfast as they had put up their prices between the dates of my booking and my arrival.

Negative: However, I had to request for tooth paste, towel rail was broken. Takes a while to pick used plate from the outside the room. Random, faces at the hotel.

Positive: The breakfast was great, thats the most enjoyed aspect of my stay, the restaurant ambience is great and the variety of food is high, the taste is great and the restaurant staff very good. thanks a great deal

Negative: The rooms are not up to standard, the bed spreads are not very clean, the dressing of the bed is not just right, i wonder why there are no branded soap, cream etc in the room, the tissue papers is of the lowest quality and not fit for a hotel of this standard. The TV is not clear and very poor in quality. The rooms should be made cleaner.
