Positive: Around the property was a forest. And there was a restaurant where you could eat and drink. The restaurant staff was very pleasant.

Negative: Our bathroom wasn’t clean and bedroom sheets were stained.

Positive: The staff, lady at reception was very friendly and welcoming, as well as the Mr. who helped us with getting our breakfest sorted in the morning. It was also very delicious and not expensive, definitely recommending getting breakfest there.

Negative: The room smelled, the floors were half off and very very sticky, the bedding was old and had holes, the duvet was tiny and I could bearly put it on me. We travled with 1 year old and we asked for a cot, however we was told the hotel doesnt have one so we were left without any bed for a baby. Not sure why this is not explained in the beging when you are booking for an infant too.

Positive: Well, that was the place on a 30 days trip that most made me feel dual. The location is fine, a little bit far from the city centre, but we´ve got a car, so it was fine. It is beside the road, with nice garden, chair, place for kids, plenty parking lot and else. The place has a huge potential, just need a few adjustments do host costumers. Everything was alright and I don´t care much about a few stuffs. Just need a comfortable place for a shower and rest. The breakfast is a dish from the restaurant´s menu and, for the price is fine. Nice balcony and view from the threes around.

Negative: A few things left us a bit upset. We made a last time reservation, and arrived on the time limit for the check in. We were hosted by the night shift watchman and he made our check in and was fine. He let us know that they had a problem with our reservation and set us on a different bedroom because they had a "reservation system problem" to spend the night and they would change us next day, refunding us the price difference between the rooms. Next day we said that we could keep on the same bedroom, but they said that we must change to the right one. We moved everything from the main building bedroom to the bedroom on the back and, and when we got to the new badroom, there were no towels. I requested twice to the lady, she said she would take and I waited for more than 30 min and nothing. I was getting late to reach the city centre and left after they saying they would leave there when I get back. I arrived around 10 PM, after a long day, got to the bedroom and no towels. I had to request to the night shift watchmen that made this kindness even not being his duty. After all, I figured out that the "reservation problem" was that they were not finding the room key for the first night. This breaks my heart because most part of the staff were friendly and tried to help, and the place has lots of potencial, just need to adjust a few stuff to be more professional and fullfill costumer´s needs when requested. Despite the fact I have enjoyed the place, truth must be told. And I told this to the manager before I leave. They have a raw diamond on their hands. I would come back someday and hope everything is fixed and improved!

Positive: The host was most helpful and attentive. We were late for the check-in but he waited up and was very friendly. The breakfast was delicious. Our kid loved the playground outside. There was a wedding during the weekend but the noise was not loud and we slept very well.

Positive: The staff were very hospitable and the area was amazing! The restaurant bit was very beautiful and music was good! Also they got bunnies!
