Summary: The room was clean, the towels were changed regularly, and the air conditioning worked well. Overall, I had a comfortable stay. The only difficulty was that the front desk staff did not speak English, which made communication a little challenging. If English had been available at the front desk, my stay would have been even better.

Summary: Room very large and was very tidy and well maintained. Staff do not really speak English but otherwise were very helpful. Free self laundry was bonus!

Summary: No pool. No sauna. No gym. All under renovation since October 2025 and still not finished in Jan 2026. No full refund from hotels.com despite the miss-advertising, poor customer service.
