Positive: The location is amazing and the terrace is lovely. There are also free washing machines and dryers available in the building.
Negative: The pillows weren't comfortable at all, and there was a fan in the sealing but not a control for it, so we had to use a floor fan that didn't help when dealing with the hot weather at night while trying to sleep.

Negative: There is no ventilation in the appartment so you feel suffocated. Opening windows means with kids you are taking risk as there is no bug screen or something. Kids can just climb and fall. No fans in the other room. The curtain in one of the room is broken. No salt/pepper/coffee etc are provided. Do I need to carry them with me on a vacation? No cleaning is provided even for longer stays, we were good as we didn’t have to stay for long. Checkin and checkout are very strict so for families becomes difficult. Online support means you won’t be helped for whatsoever reason No city pass or help is provided for the stay like I did get for all my stays in switzerland Overall OK stay
Summary: Not for families for sure. Only for budget travelers

Positive: The apartment was great - clean, comfortable and with everything needed. The kitchenette is very small, but has all the necessaries and a great quality coffee machine. The location was what was particularly great - with the stop for trams to the centre, old town and lake very nearby, a superette and a wonderful covered market also very close by. Don't miss visiting the market. I also highly recommend the mexican restaurant, Don Weber, just a few minutes away, which has great food, excellent cocktails and is reasonably priced.
Negative: There was absolutely no parking near the apartment, despite what is noted in some of the other comments. There is only blue zone street parking. Consequently we had to park at the parking near the main train station which costs 45 CHF per 24 hours. Also, the lighting in the apartment is insufficient.
Summary: Clean, comfortable, well-equipped apartment in excellent location.

Positive: Room was very nice, shower was good as well as the bathroom. Fridge was a great size as well as the stove was very handy to have.
Negative: Heating was not brilliant as only one side of the radiator heat up, but after a while room was a good temperature. The walls were a little bit dirty but nothing too major. Could definetly have used with the essentials for cooking e.g. salt pepper, oil etc.
Summary: Very good for the price, and handy with the stove cookers.

Positive: The location is pretty good. Tram or walk to the main Zurich train station.
Negative: Our PIN didn't work (two other guests went by telling us the same thing happened to them). The room is in need of repair - the ceiling fan didn't work, the skirting boards need painting, the wall paper is peeling, you can't get into the bed on one side, there is no tea bag/coffee/sugar provides - not even a starter pack.

Positive: Very good location. Easy to walk everywhere and the communication to check in was clear. The apartment was also clean.
Negative: There is a fan on the ceiling which has been disabled so you can’t use it. We asked for a fan and was told they would bring us one but then it didn’t arrive and the next day we messaged again. They told us they didn’t have a fan. We were very hot and it made it difficult to sleep, we also couldn’t have the windows open because we were on street level so it was quite noisy. The kitchen was nice however there are no basics to do any cooking with e.g. oil, salt, pepper. Also a coffee machine but no coffee.
Summary: Good for a short central stay

Positive: Nice apartment
Negative: We had a very stressful check in process. We had not received our code when we arrived (an hour after the check in time) so could not enter the building. Emailed two different emails to receive a reply an hour later with the code which did not work! Stuck outside for another 40 minutes. We would still be there if it wasn’t for a fellow Aussie who saw us stuck outside and advised us she had the same issue that day and to try on the back door which worked. Ended up receiving a reply the next day asking if WE had resolved the issue! Also could not turn the ceiling fan on as there was no remote/switch… in Summer. Other than this, the apartment is pleasant.
