Positive: It's very convenient if you want to be close to the train station. The bathroom was nice and well equiped with everything you need. The pool was also nice, small but clean.
Negative: The room was smaller that it looked in the pictures, the pillows were terrible and you could hear the street noise from outside.

Positive: It is a nice location and all the required equipment were there
Negative: There is no manual for switches and appliances. We need to spent some time to find out how aircon and microwave will work. It was on child lock and no manual was mentioned. We need to search on internet with model number. We were travelling from UK so still ok but people travelling from other than UK or EU might be difficult

Positive: Check in was completely contactless, the location was excellent and very close to the main train station, the room was modern, comfortable and well equipped with a kitchenette. Customer service replies back to emails quickly.
Negative: My main issue was the cleanliness of the room. At first glance it appeared, but when you looked closer at the floor you could see that it wasn’t properly cleaned, especially in the corners, under the desk or behind the sofa chair where there was even some crumbs attracting a lot of ants. Additionally only one towel was provided at first, even though we were two people. But upon reporting this back to customer service, they sent someone with an additional towel and ant spray. As for the pool, there were many mosquitoes in the water, and it appeared that it wasn’t cleaned daily.
Summary: Great location and modern amenities, but cleanliness definitely needs improvement.

Positive: The location was fine. We never met any staff, but all of our contact online and by telephone was friendly and efficient.
Negative: The only thing that could have been better were the kitchenette chairs, which were high bar stools with no backs.
