Negative: Our apartment was on the first floor, since was hot inside we opened the window so we had to deal with the noise of the street.

Positive: Location is very good. Bathroom and bedrooms were all clean.
Negative: I had the bad luck of being assigned the basement apartment. The apartment had a deep smell of cigarette smoke that did not go away, also because there are three small windows. The door handles from the bathroom and one bedroom are not working properly so it's annoying. I contacted the property already and they mentioned they'll have a look at the smoke smell, although they did not check it during my weekend stay. There are two TVs there but one remote had no batteries.

Negative: The flat lacks aeration tremedously, you breath with difficulty during the night if you close the windows. Installing some aeration system by the owning company would come in handy
