Positive: Great accommodation - the location was excellent and well connected, check in was very easy. We came for a concert taking place at Stadion Letzigrund, and we were able to reach our accommodation on foot within half an hour - avoiding the public transport rush. Was very convenient for our needs.

Negative: It doesnโ€™t look like the pics advertised They show 4 pillows and only had two. The never responded to any messages after you check in. No early check in or later check out available at all, very non accomodating Bed is very uncomfortable

Positive: Location was nice was definitely an apartment feel in a residential area. Good that we could use laundry facilities but they were dirty
Negative: The TVs didnโ€™t work, the microwave didnโ€™t work. The plates were clean but wet, there was water on the shelves so they were not dried properly. The venue was slow to respond to messages through the booking.com platform messaging service ( taking days to respond). Although handy to have laundry facilities, the dryer was so dirty I had to clean it thoroughly before I could use it

Positive: Good quiet location. Very clean and comfortable apartment.
Negative: Check in was delayed an hour until 4pm as the apartment was not ready. This was really hard as we had landed from Australia at 7am with young children and there is no luggage storage nearby. We had to send ID documents but there was an issue with the pictures we discovered when we landed and tried to rectify but no one seems to be responding at the ready on the weekend which made us quite anxious whether we would get access at all. Bit stressful and challenging with the delayed check in.
