Positive: Room was spacious and clean. Close to train station and tram stops.
Negative: Apartments are based above a fast food (pizza, kebab etc) restaurant and smell when entering building and leaving apartment was not pleasant. Accessibility to rooms was not clear from booking listing, therefore 4th floor was people with limited mobility was not easy as no lift at building (8 flights of stairs). Unable to have balcony doors / windows open due to noise from traffic and trams (all night). Not ideal when room was stuffy. A fan was provided but this was not effective against size of apartment.
Summary: Ok for needs (we did book one night in another town). Personally wouldn’t book again.

Positive: Very easy check in with door code sent to us on the day. Not a super aesthetic flat but spacious and has all the basic amenities. Clean. Very easy to walk or get tram in to town/airport. Supermarket nearby Kitchen, smart TV, washing machine and dishwasher but no laundry detergent or dishwasher pods.
Negative: No blind in one of the bedrooms so quite bright. A bit shabby e.g. tear in the sofa. Plenty of pots, pans, plates etc. but no salt/pepper/oil for cooking.
Summary: Good location and value for money, spacious, very easy check in.

Negative: The window in the bedroom close main road could not close properly which affected my sleep because I could hear all of the traffic and tram noises. I did not realise that there was no lift so had to carry all luggage and push chair up 4 sets of chairs. The doors to the balcony was very easy to open so with 2 small children this was a risk. Had to move the sofa in front of the door to prevent them from opening it.
Summary: The location was great. I would stay there again if the door and windows were better secured and block out the noise

Positive: The location is perfect as it is near the train station.
Negative: 1. The hallway and stairs are totally dark as there are no lights. 2. The rangehood and socket at the kitchen are not functioning. 3. The floor tiles need replacement as the floor paint in some areas are already delapidated and everytime you walk is noisy. Even when the occupants in the upper floor walk along their unit, it is heared in the lower unit. 4. The sofa bed and thw pillows are too soft.
Summary: Overall, it is good for a short stay and price conscious like us.
