Negative: The rooms could use a refresh. The walls had visible marks, the sheets had holes, and some basic amenities (such as hand soap) and proper storage for longer stays were missing. I contacted customer service with a few minor questions, but they were unhelpful and seemed to lack basic English proficiency.
Summary: OK for longer stays near UNIL and EPFL, but don’t expect anything extra.

Positive: Large studio is spacious and comfortable Great double shower The cleaning team is fab and very helpful. Regular buses outside the front door to go everywhere! EPFL 10mns Lake is only 10mns walk with a beach to swim from (shallow, pebbles). Straight ahead by the woods. Located next to the sports club. There is a shower there!
Negative: No dishwasher tablets. There could be a few since the cutlery is limited to a set for x2 Also, a drying rack would be nice! Laundry facility Free access to good Siemens machines & dryers My wash came out so smelly from the dryer that I had to rewash it and dry it in another dryer. I wasted a few hours! The cleaners said the machines were serviced and a client might have put dodgy laundry! The washing machines need a few cycles at 60 degrees with some sanitiser or bicarbonate of soda!
