Positive: Nice appartment not far from Rome city center, about 30min by foot. Clean with private bath and everything you need (shower gel, shampoo etc), common kitchen available. The parking is infront the apt, about 4€ per day. Many restaurants close to apt, we would recomment Ristorante di Dante, which opens till 2am. The host is super friendly! You have to pay for late check in.

Positive: Good communication, the room was nice and big, location is great if you don’t mind walking. Olympic stadium 10 minutes, centre of Rome 40minutes. We didn’t use any public transport or taxis apart from too and from the airport. We saw all the major sites and went to match at the stadium in three nights and two full days.
Negative: Bathroom was compact with out any real space to hang towels to dry. Not a real issue.
Summary: Really enjoyable stay and would highly recommend this place

Positive: We rented it is was close to the stadium as we attend a concert there. It is walking distance to stadium . It is not close to the Centre of the Rome you need to walk 45-1 hour or 20 minutes drive. The host Marco was very kind and helpful.
Negative: We entered after cleaning however it was not a good clean . Also walls were dirty

Positive: Good location but accessible only by bus and the host was really nice! The plus is that the bed is super comfy and it's all you need for a busy trip. The sheets were clean and the place overall clean as well.
Negative: I'm quite disappointed in the rooms. I payed more than 100 euro for the night and for what? The place stinks with mold, the walls are old and dirty, bathroom was moldy too, hairdryer as a toy, ac loud as hell, the color of the walls - an old yellow as I'm in a prison cell or hospital with signs as if someone grated the walls with their feet. In the kitchen you will not be able to make a coffee as the electric wires are old and not even fitting to the machines etc etc .. But it's one of the best prices you will get at this distance to the center. No offence to the host but the place can be much improved with few money and it should be, considering the prices we pay.
Summary: I booked this place because of the good reviews about the host but the rooms could be better
