It features a fully equipped kitchen with all the basics, including a dishwasher, Three Roku TVs and a very comfortable Queen size sleeper sofa sofa. The Master Bedroom has a King size bed, a private, recently remodeled bathroom and a walk-in closet. Bedroom #2 features two beds, one Queen size and one twin size. Both bedrooms have LED lighted new ceiling fans with remote control.
The unit also has a 2 car garage with an electric garage door opener. The washer and dryer is conveniently located inside the unit, in the garage. You can have up to two vehicles per condo, and there is no assigned parking in the complex (first come, first served)

Summary: We left the unit a whole lot cleaner than when we moved in for our month long stay. There was long, black dog hair everywhere. The owned said he would talk to the cleaning lady about it, but my wife spent several hours cleaning. We also asked the owner about getting mail while we were there and he said he would look for the mail key. We never heard back from him. All in all it was a fairly nice unit but I will not stay there again.
