Positive: They staff were really nice and friendly. An issue happened while we stayed which was out of their hands but they went out of their way to help us out and even upgraded us for the inconvenience.
Negative: Not really to do with the villa but I wish there were more pavements around to walk because we did have to walk on the road for a bit
Summary: Our stay here was great. Very relaxing and the staff were amazing.

Positive: It’s a really nice property good value for money we really enjoy it. Very friendly staff. Beautifully maintained around with really nice pool. We did spend quality time as a family of five. Would recommend it
Negative: It’s just a suggestion to make a more comfortable to update lounge area as it was five of us but only space for 3 adults to seat. Also it was no space to eat inside as we had breakfast bar with only 3 spaces. It could be better if they get rid of that breakfast bar and put normal dining table and chairs. Apart from that all good.

Positive: Staff were attentive and always showed interest and were genuinely helpful. Always stopped for a chat, especially the Hotel Manager, even with the kids. Apartment was spacious. Good living room kitchen downstairs. Three double bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. Bonus was having a toilet downstairs as well given there was 5 of us. Pool was great, always clean as was all the surrounding areas and you always saw someone cleaning, watering, gardening, sorting the pool etc. et Felt very secure.
Negative: The private pool had more eyes than I would’ve thought, from people walking past or the neighbours. This could do with looking at, even if it is partially fenced off. General tidy up of the facilities including sink taps (was either slow or a jet stream), cupboards broken in bathroom, cracks in sink albeit very hairline. And some general pipes showing. Door handles for bedrooms need looking at. 1 out of 3 bedrooms mattress was really bad, very hard and uncomfortable to sleep on but others were fine. Appreciate this is down to preference so keep in mind. Airers could do with a refresh, very rusty now. Play area was often watered which meant kids couldn’t play. Suggest this is done early morning instead of late evening as it goes dark. Sometimes it was in the afternoon and sadly they missed out. Location - 12 minute walk from Land of Legends but on the way you can see they are building more and more. Not sure how much noise this will generate in say the next few years with building work.
