Summary: The staff upon registration was courteous at check in and checkout. I appreciated the daily hot breakfast. The ability to laundry clothes free was very helpful. The location is near bus line and it easy to get to other forms of transportation. Staff would readily call taxi if needed. All staff day, night and weekend GREAT.

Summary: There were problems with our first room, as the balcony door would not lock, the phone was not working and the air conditioning was noisy and not cooling the room. We were quickly given another room and the hotel staff were amazing. Breakfast was buffet style.

Summary: The staff were very helpful our 1st night we were next to the plant room which was very noisy. We asked for another room which was done. It was very quiet in 2nd room. The shower in the bath was very difficult for us as my husband has had - 2 hip replacements and I have had a shoulder reconstruction it was hard for us to manage. Otherwise everything else was very good
