Positive: Location was great, very peaceful and by a private beach with a pier. Quite modern apartment, spacious for a small group, and it has a well equipped kitchen. Good value for the price.
Negative: There was only one thin roll of toilet paper and didn't realise until late that the bedsheets are charged separately.
Summary: We had a good overnight stay!

Positive: A spacey, modern, very well equipped appartment next to a small beach on the end of a small peninsula. Very quiet place. We did not miss anything. We did not meet the host in person but all the instructions were clear and the communication was very pleasant.

Positive: Perfect location at the end of a peninsula in the middle of the Turku Archipelago. The apartment was very spacious, had everything one would need (even for a longer than a two-night stay). The vlilage of Näsby has a small, but very well stocked supermarket (M-Market) that holds anything one needs. As the bonus, we were able to enjoy the Northern Lights right in front of the building (looking north)!
Negative: The wireless connection was probably the only negative one could mention. We communicated with the hosts via the messaging on booking.com, never met them in person. However, as the keys were left on the dinning table, we had access right away upon our arrival.
Summary: Spacious, well-equipped apartment and the perfect spot to see the Northern Lights.

Positive: nice location next to a public beach of sorts, 15 min away from a tiny village with a shop and a restaurant. nice modern tv with basic local channels.
Negative: at hefty 170€/night one would expect towels and bed linen to be there.

Positive: The apartment is very new and very clean. It has a fantastic view over the sea and it is right next to a very nice beach. It is an easy walk to downtown Nasby where there is a shop and a couple of nice restaurants. There is a path to walk into town next to the sea.
Negative: Bed linens are only provided at a an extra 30 euro cost. Upon arrival you have to find them (we couldnt find a second pillow case, for instance) and make the bed. Also, the building was still half under construction. This wasn't a bother (no noise or building work seemed to be going on) but gave it an eery feeling. Also, we were unable to lock the door. The place seemed very safe, but still we took all our valuables with us when we went out just in case.
