This tastefully Mediterranean decorated villa includes a fully furnished dine-in terrace complete with a gas grill and wet bar for your outdoor entertainment. There is a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, cable, flat screen TV's in all rooms, ceiling fans and individual thermostats in the main rooms.
The Master Suite has a king bed with pillow top mattress, a jacuzzi tub, his and her sinks, and a sitting area with a balcony entrance. The Guest Suite provides 2 Queen beds, a small refrigerator, a complete entertainment center, and a full bath. There is also pull-out sofa bed in the living room that can sleep two with a full bath off the living room.
The contemporary kitchen includes a breakfast bar, roomy dining room table, full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blender, pantry, as well as a washer/dryer/wash tub combo conveniently located and concealed right off the kitchen area.
A personal concierge awaits you prior to and during your stay. The concierge will arrange dinner reservations, excursions, and shop for groceries. (extra charge for shopping and groceries)

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay at Villa La Estancia. The property was exactly as advertised. Rooms were clean (maid service every other day was nice). Pool area was great. Unlike other resorts, we did not have to run down at the crack of dawn to reserve chairs (they don't allow it until 8:00, which is awesome). No complaints from us. A few notes for future renters: 1) you can opt for the all-inclusive which allows you to eat at all three resorts (129/pp, per day). We didn't opt for this, but it's there if you prefer it. 2) you can easily walk into town (10-15 minute walk). Tons of restaurants close by. Very safe to walk (although, we did not walk late at night so I can't comment on that). 3) Super friendly staff at all three locations. 4) Bring some laundry detergent if you plan on running a couple of loads. 5) Kitchen had pretty much everything you need if you want to buy groceries and prepare some meals in the kitchen (bring some dish soap/sponge if you want to clean dishes, or wait for maid service every other day). 6) market does tend to be on the costly side, but they've got a good grocery selection if you need something small. 7) Ubers were totally safe if you want to venture off-property. 8) tons of restaurants at the marina, but we found the further we ventured from the marina, the better the prices (just a few blocks makes a big difference). Would definitely return.

Summary: The villa was just as promoted. Very attentive concierge, Joel, and he strived each day to make our experience the very best it could be. The resort is beautiful and service was impeccable. I would highly recommend this resort for all families that is looking for a safe, 5-star resort from food, amenities, cleanliness, proximity to the town, and overall safety.

Summary: This Villa exceeded our expectations. Many times photos seem to be photo shopped these days, but we were very pleasantly surprised upon arrival. The property and villa were all beautiful. We had one small issue with the sink and the host had someone up within probably 30 mins. Food was great on property, but also minutes within a lot of restaurants and bars. The only thing we'd suggest is having a sponge and dish soap so we could wash some dishes. Minimal request with how great our stay was, we loved it!

Summary: Wonderful condo, great view. Very good communication. The resort and staff are top notch. The service was impeccable and the pool, beach,pickle-ball courts were amazing. This is very close to great restaurants and massages. This was a top of the list trip. We will be back.

Summary: We have stated at many places in our years of travel, this is one we will definitely come back to stay. Spacious villa, super clean, outside patio was huge with amazing view. We saw whales from our patio. Hard to leave the patio sometimes! 8th floor villa added to privacy and view. We loved it!

Summary: We had a wonderful experience with this property and would highly recommend to friends and family. It is perfect for a large or small group. The personal concierge was confusing for us, as there is a concierge on staff. Snorkeling here is not great and do not recommend. While the boats and staff are great, if you have snorkeled anywhere else you will be disappointed. The viz is terrible and over fishing has caused sea life to be sparse. Food on property is expensive but delicious and you don't have to take a $20 round trip cab into town. Beaches are not enjoyable to walk on but are beautiful and worth the visit. The kitchen does have what you need to cook but it is VERY sparse. (one spatula etc, tiny trash can) The patios are beautiful and property is clean and nice. We will be back!

Summary: The whole process from the minute we walked through the doors from the airport until we left was perfect. Condo better than the photos suggest, location is perfect, on-site amenities just what we needed, drivers on time and professional, and Joel (the concierge) helped us with several rental car and activity reservations. The condo complex seemed less than half full so never had any trouble getting spots at the pool or having to wait for meals. Thanks Jane and your team.
