Positive: Excellent location, all very well maintained and clean. The room was spacious, clean and very quiet (although we did stay during low season). Quality of food on offer is really good for a buffet, and there's a lot of choice. There are two pools and the lovely, sandy beach can be reached on foot (5-10 minutes) or by a free train shuttle. Beautiful vegetation and flowers all around. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Little to no use of plastic, which is great. Very cheap daily shuttle service to Siracusa/Ortigia is a plus!
Negative: The restaurant can get quite overcrowded at breakfast and dinner in busy weeks. The resort is going for eco-friendly bath products with small solid detergents/soaps that can be quite tricky and fiddly to use. It would be great if the gate to the beach could be accessible outside of the standard hours 9.00am-7.00pm for those who fancy an early or late swim. Unfortunately prices are really high in July and August :(

Positive: The nature around, both beaches are beautiful and you can walk the entire distance between them (the entire circuit has 1.6km and I recommand to see the sunrise). The complex is nice itself, it is enough space for anybody. I recomand the end of the season (end of september), there are not so many people, but the temperatures of the air and water are very pleasant. Food: morning croissants are excellent, the evening red wine is ok.
Negative: We had breakfast and dinner and they lacked at the variety of the food (only one restaurant open at the end of september). For example, in the morning no vegetables options. The coffee was not the same in each day and it was rapidely finished without replacing... (valid also for juices or bread or eggs etc.). But, overall, the food was good (not something to remember). No activity for children in october. The rooms was medium clean, for example, on the walls or windows there were still the insects crushed during the last weeks/months...

Positive: It was really nice and clean, close to the beach which you can reach by a small train.
Negative: The breakfast was really poor, without any vegetables. It wasn’t various at all. We could only choose croissant, marmelade, nutella, 2 kind of cold cut, kind of bread.

Positive: It’s nice that you have security of a resort if you are uncomfortable staying in other countries. I felt very safe while I was there.
Negative: The food served here is a disgrace to Italian cuisine. Everything else is fine. The all inclusive drinks were a definite plus

Positive: Resort was beautiful and nice facilities Lovely clean pools Food was excellent, especially the evening meals
Negative: Room was a bit basic But we had checked regarding EV charging and the information we were giving was incorrect. Regarding fees and times, which was an added stress on our trip & we had already previously emailed in order to confirm all of the EV charging details prior to the trip. Staff tried to accommodate around these issues, but still wasn't resolved to our full expectations. Had we been informed about these restrictions it wouldn't have been our first choice of hotel, as we came for the convenience of this charger. Staff not always knowing location of certain areas of hotel. As I bought this as a birthday present for my boyfriend I was a bit disappointed overall
