Summary: We have used the hotel just to rest overnight while visiting Constanta. It was perfect for our purpose. We loved it. We could even fit all of us in the queen bed with two kids (1.5 and 3 y.o). The stuff was very friendly both at the reception time and in the restaurant for breakfast. The morning omelette was absolutely amazing. Personally I didn't like the frames from all the furniture - all being mage of forged iron. In our experience, it is better price to book it on hotels.com than booking at the hotel. We ended up paying 75% price.

Summary: The hotel was lovely and beautifully furnished. It was right in the middle of a bunch of museums and just a short walk from the beach.

Summary: Had an enjoyable stay, the receptionists are all very helpful and friendly and the breakfast is excellent,( thanks to Viva! ), in the rooftop restaurant with sea views. It's well located for bars and restaurants. All in all a comfortable stay and value for money. Some of the tiles were loose outside but I'm sure they will address that problem. When visiting Constanta come armed with a map and guide book as there is very little tourist information.
