Negative: I called reception, told her AC is not working. She said: "I kindly ask you to bear with it." original: "Idare etmenizi rica edicem." Hotel needs a good manager, people arent doing their jobs.

Positive: Stayed here for 10 nights recovering after having surgery. Came from the UK, the staff were very welcoming and friendly and tried their best to help you with anything that you needed. The location was not great but you can jump in a taxi and go places for very cheap. I also recommend to use GETIR app for food delivery. The room we stayed in was very spacious, clean, had a fridge which they provided free bottles of water everyday, as well as coffee/tea. The shower was very nice, comfortable pillows and bed. They will clean your room for you every day, the cleaners are amazing and they really made me feel comfortable and helped me so much on my stay. Every single staff member was truly amazing, they brought small bags of ice for me to ice my face after surgery without me asking which I thought was very thoughtful and kind. Would like to give a shout out to the lovely Pinar, she spoke amazing English and was very helpful to us during our time here. She was so kind and helped us with every thing we needed, we was sad the days that she was not working. Overall the staff really make this place worth staying, it’s comfortable , clean , and relaxing.

Positive: I highly recommend this hotel, located quite well, there are some restaurants opposite where you can eat really well and don't spend a lot, in particular, "Hacibasar." The hotel is run by really good people. In fact, one morning, we had to exchange money, and the owner even took us to a jewelry shop to change the euros into Turkish lira. The staff, exquisite people, always available. The receptionists were very kind and attentive to our requests. The rooms were always clean, no matter what time you left. The cleaning ladies are impeccable. Not to mention the lady, the manager who managed the cleaning of the hotel, was truly kind. One day, I had a strong pain in my foot, and as soon as I told the lady about the obvious discomfort, she immediately called the hospital near us, and a taxi for a visit to the orthopedist. Turkey is true that it is beautiful, but it is even more beautiful because it is truly full of beautiful people. In short, what else can I say: we really enjoyed our stay in this hotel and were truly satisfied!! P.s. We will be back.

Positive: Comfortable place near the metro station. There are friendly personal.
Negative: Every morning I see pigeons flying in and it’s amazing how they walk under the ceiling. Maybe there’s a hole there or something else, but in the morning you don’t even need an alarm clock if there are pigeons. The room was very stuffy, and the open window and air conditioner did’t help, it worked very weakly even though the temperature was set to minimum.

Positive: The hotel locates near Bostanji metro station (line M4) and one of the nearest from SAW Airport but to go to the city center you need or change transport from metro to boat or train or take a train in Bostanji railway station iin walking distance 25 min. The room had minibar and kettler. The modern building of the hotel.
Negative: In my room there was not a blanket, AC did not work for heating. The room was cold. The place was very noisy, no sound proofing. The staff badly undestood English and prefered to communicat by translator.
