Positive: The property was great value for money. I shared with some friends which helped a lot. The parking space also allowed for up to two cars (though parked in front of one another) and the area was nice. The pool was great, large kitchen and very comfortable living room. The owner was also quite responsive and friendly. You can find a supermarket, cafe and pharmacy at walking distance so it was very convenient. The fridge also was stocked with a few essentials on arrival.
Negative: A couple of the bathrooms were a bit small and not ideal for sharing for the girls in the villa. The beds weren't the most comfortable as well but it was a minor point. The washing machine was also very helpful but we had to buy the detergent ourselves and the drying racks tended to get knocked over by wind. We resolved these with a few extra purchases.
Summary: Great value for money and a great place to share with a group of friends.

Positive: Location is perfect for exploring Cyprus. The pool was fantastic and having the bbq area right next to it meant we could easily cook dinner whilst the kids were still enjoying the pool.
Negative: Nothing in respects to the property. Was some building works going on around but this is outwith the owners control and fully understandable.
Summary: We had a fantastic stay!

Negative: Pool not heated therefore water was cold in October when we visited but to be fair this was expected.

Positive: The property was within easy reach of Larnaca and Nicosia and the main road to Limassol and Paphos was easily accessible too. The property is based in a quiet location, very close to a supermarket and bakery and also had some lovely restaurants close by. There was plenty of storage within the house and all the kitchen essentials needed for a home from home feel. Back-garden is a sun trap with BBQ, sun loungers, table and chairs and the kids loved the pool.
Summary: We had a relaxing , comfortable stay and would definitely recommend to family and friends!
